About the publicist

For as long as I can remember I’ve always loved to share my point of view with others. Writing and speaking were always my thing. While most of the kids my age were shy, I was the opposite, always looking for opportunities to take the microphone and speak up on the podium. I always loved the glossy paper of magazines, fashion, and movies, and …as technology evolved, and the concept of blogger came to life, I found my podium. I started a couple of years ago with a lifestyle blog… Now, as I live 5 min away from Hollywood, my passions channelized more towards movie industry.

Attaining my Masters in Public Relations & Communications at Southern New Hampshire University, I became more aware of the power of media and communications. My career goal is to become a publicist in the entertainment industry. The goal of this project is to identify and explore digital and traditional advertising tools used in Hollywood, and to educate artists at the beginning of their career that can’t afford a publicist yet how to implement them successfully.
